This was a drab overcast day, a good day on which to do yard cleanup. It certainly was not a day that inspired me to go out looking for potential photographs.
In the late afternoon, I noticed a break in the cloud cover on the western horizon. This can be a prelude to some interesting sunset conditions. At the last moments, I drove down the road to my "favourite" location - a bog on Chief Lake Road. This was one image that I was able to capture before the light quickly faded.
