Here is my photo for day 3.
_02A4175 This photo, of conifers reflected in the water of the overflowing stream, was taken at a wetland (a.k.a. swamp) very close to my home. The waters in the streams are rising because of melting snow and rain over the weekend.
This is a location that I visit quite frequently because of its proximity. It is often a great location for sunsets because it faces westward.
One's best photos are often taken close to home because of familiarity with a location, its easy and quick access, and knowledge of developing weather conditions.
BONUS: At times I will include older images which have a relevance to the photo of the day.
Rather than including one of my many sunset photos from this wetland, here is a photo of a morning fogbow.
