Spring is coming, slowly. We still have a few small patches of snow, and the ice on the lakes is finally starting to break up.
I like the monochromatic colours of this time of year. The rain of these last few days really has saturated the variety of browns, which contrast with the emerging greens.
Today's photo was made near Worthington west of Sudbury. It is interesting (to say the least) how this stretch of very old Highway 17 has been rebuilt and paved, but only to the entrance to the new Totten Mine.
