The fall colours are glowing. Well, they are glowing when you can see them.
It looked like it would be a nice morning when I left the house at 6:45. But the fog was quite heavy in some areas where I wanted to photograph. This depicts the conditions when I arrived at the Vermilion River where Highway 17 passes over it.
14-09-25-1 The fog was certainly muting the colours. I was after the brilliance of the changing leaves, so I chose to wait for the fog to burn off. This took a long time. Here is the same scene one hour later.
