I recently was looking through my files to choose photos to be printed and sent to the lab.
As is often the case, when I view photos shortly after I have taken them I am in the moment of the experience of making the exposures. I have discovered over the years that I have a very different impression of the quality of the photo when I look at it much later. W_15_0025 This was the case with this photo of a Sandhill Crane, taken in a field just across the road from my house.
How was it that I had overlooked this photo?
I guess that I was not that impressed with it when I first did my photo edits.
