The Aussies have their Australia Day at Silver Star Mountain Resort, so last winter some of the Ontario ski buddies thought that there should also be an Ontario Day celebration.

Thus February 27 was the second annual Ontario Day.

To begin our on-hill celebration, many of the former and present Ontarians met at the top of the Comet chairlift, and from there began the group ski-down on Far Out. Thankfully there were no calamities!

We all met at Renegade Ridge to remember three Ontario ski buddies and to have a group photo.

Then we were off into Vernon for a lunch get-together at our usual Wednesday meeting place, the Spitfire Lounge, and another photo session.
